About these terms

These terms cover your use of loudmouthmediallc.com, our free sample offer, and our text message program. They are an agreement between you and Loudmouth Media LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or asking for a sample, you agree to them.

Agreeing to these terms does not sign you up for text messages. We only text you if you check a text box on our form.

Who can use this site

You must be 18 or older to use this site, ask for a sample, or join our text program. If you ask for a sample for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to act for that business.

The free sample

A sample is a landing page we build to show what we could do for your business. It is free. We do not ask for a card, a meeting or a call. Asking for a sample does not oblige you to hire us. If you do not want to go further, you owe us nothing.

You let us use the details you send to build your sample. Our Privacy Policy explains how else we use them. We do not use your sample in our marketing, and we do not run ads to it, without your OK. If you decide not to go further, or you ask us to take it down, we take it down.

We may not be able to build a sample for every request, for example when the details are incomplete.

Paid services

These terms do not set prices or commit either of us to paid work. If you hire us, a separate written agreement will cover the work and the price. Nothing runs without your OK: you approve every ad before it runs.

We do not promise any particular number of calls, jobs or sales.

Text message program

Loudmouth Media LLC sends two kinds of text messages. You choose each one separately, with its own box, on our sample form at loudmouthmediallc.com/#sample:

• Sample updates: recurring non-marketing texts about your free sample request, such as questions about your details and a note when your sample page is ready.
• Marketing: recurring texts about Loudmouth Media LLC's advertising and landing page services.

Both boxes are optional and start unchecked. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Right after you opt in, we send one text confirming your sign-up. Every text we send names Loudmouth Media LLC.

This program covers only texts Loudmouth Media LLC sends to people who ask for a free sample on our website. When we text a client's customers as part of paid work, those texts go out under the client's business name, from a number registered to the client, with the customers' consent to the client. They are not part of this program.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Ask your wireless provider about your plan.

How to stop texts

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any text from us. We will send one text confirming you are unsubscribed, with no marketing in it, and then no more texts. STOP ends both sample updates and marketing texts to that number.

We also honor QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE and OPT OUT, and any other clear request to stop, including by email to loudmouthmediallc@gmail.com. Keyword replies stop texts right away. Any other request is honored as soon as we can, and never later than 10 business days.

To join again, reply START to any text from us.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number

Only enter a mobile number that is yours, or that you are allowed to use. If you give up or change that number, reply STOP first or email us, so we do not text the next person who gets it.

Privacy

If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.

You give your text consent directly to Loudmouth Media LLC. We do not share your mobile number or text consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers who help us deliver messages, such as our texting platform and wireless carriers. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.

Using our site

The site's text, images, video and design belong to Loudmouth Media LLC or to the people who licensed them to us. Do not copy or reuse them without our permission. Do not use the site or the form to send false information, spam, or anything unlawful.

No guarantees

We provide the site and the free sample as is. We do not guarantee results from any sample, ad or service. To the fullest extent the law allows, Loudmouth Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using the site, the sample or our texts.

Governing law

New Mexico law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date. For material changes, we will also post a notice on our home page before they take effect. Changes apply going forward. A change to these terms never signs you up for texts you did not agree to.
