Who we are
Loudmouth Media LLC ("we", "us") is a marketing agency for local businesses in the United States. This policy covers our website, loudmouthmediallc.com, our free sample form, and the emails and text messages we send. It applies whether you are just visiting, asking for a sample, or a client.
What we collect
What you give us
Our free sample form asks for your business name, what your business does, your city and state, and your email. You can also give us your name and a mobile phone number. If you email us instead, we get your email address and whatever you write.
Your text message choices
Our form has two text message boxes. Both are optional. With every request we record which boxes you checked, if any. If you check one, we also record your mobile number, the date and time, the exact wording you agreed to, the page you were on, and the IP address and browser details sent with the form. That is our record of your consent.
Messages you send us
If you reply to our texts or emails, we receive your replies, including STOP and HELP.
Email and link activity
Our emails may tell us whether you opened them or clicked a link, and links in our texts may record clicks. We use this only to follow up with you.
Technical data
Our website host, Vercel, logs basic data about every visit: your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, the page that sent you, and the time. If the form runs into an error, our host's error logs can briefly hold what you submitted. When a page loads, Google receives your IP address and browser type so it can deliver our fonts.
Client information
If you hire us, we collect what we need to do the work, such as your business details, your service area, when you answer the phone, and access to the ad accounts we manage for you.
How we use it
- To build your free sample page and email you the link.
- To answer your questions and follow up by email about your sample and our services.
- To send you text messages, only if you checked a text box, and only the kinds you agreed to.
- To keep records of your consent and your opt-out requests, so we can honor them.
- To deliver the services you hire us for.
- To keep the site running and secure, and to meet our legal obligations.
Your request goes into our customer relationship system, GoHighLevel. It can send automated emails, and automated texts if you opted in. A person at Loudmouth Media LLC also reviews every request.
Text messages
We text you only if you checked a text box on our form. There are two boxes, and each one is optional:
- Sample updates: recurring non-marketing texts about your free sample request, such as questions about your details and a note when your sample page is ready.
- Marketing: recurring texts about Loudmouth Media LLC's advertising and landing page services.
Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase: you get your free sample whether or not you check either box.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE or OPT OUT, or telling us any other clear way, including by email, stops all texts from us, both kinds. Keyword replies stop texts right away. Any other request is honored as soon as we can, and never later than 10 business days. When you reply STOP, we send one text to confirm, with no marketing in it. After any opt-out, we send no more texts unless you opt in again.
Every text we send names Loudmouth Media LLC. We keep a dated record of every opt-in and opt-out. The full text message terms are in our Terms and Conditions.
Mobile information and text message consent
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or text message consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Information we handle for our clients
When a business hires us, we may run its ads and reply to its customers' inquiries under that business's name. We handle that information for the client and follow the client's instructions. We do not use it to market Loudmouth Media LLC, we do not add it to our own contact list, and we do not sell it.
Texts we send for a client go out under the client's name and the client's own registered text program, not ours. If you are a customer of one of our clients, that client's privacy policy applies. You can contact the client or us with questions.
How we respond to Do Not Track signals
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. We do not track visitors over time or across other websites, so there is nothing for the signal to switch off. Every visit is treated the same way whether or not your browser sends it.
No advertising or analytics company collects information about your activity through our site. The only outside service your browser contacts on our pages is Google Fonts, as described above.
How long we keep information
We keep sample requests and contact details until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them for the reasons in this policy. We keep text message consent records for at least five years after the last text we send you, so we can show you agreed. We keep opt-out records for at least ten years, so we keep honoring them. If you hire us, we keep project records for as long as our agreement with you requires.
How we protect information
Our site uses HTTPS, so what you send through the form is encrypted on its way to us. We store information with established providers that commit to protecting it, and we limit access to our accounts to the people who need it. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any text from us, or use any of the other ways listed under Text messages.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us. We honor email opt-outs within 10 business days.
- Your information: email loudmouthmediallc@gmail.com to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it. We may need to confirm who you are first. If you ask us to delete it, we keep only what we need to honor your opt-outs and meet our legal obligations.
Depending on where you live, state law may give you other rights. Email us and we will respond as that law requires. We do not charge for any of this.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Our text program is for people 18 and older. If we learn we collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we will post a notice on our home page and on this page before it takes effect, and we will email the people it affects when we have their address. A change applies only to information we collect after it takes effect, unless you agree otherwise. The date at the top shows when this policy last changed.
